When she first came to Articulated Impact,
Berit managed the Intranet Development Team at one of Articulated's
largest clients, a global law firm that came to our company looking
for ways to bring its offices closer together. She now finds herself
primarily in the role of Senior Project Manager which she enjoys very much.
Inside the company, Berit is instrumental
in helping the management team make the right decisions at
the right times. She's involved in hiring and training new
employees, as well as developing ventures and exploring new
technologies. She counts herself among those upset that the
Apple Lisa and Sony Betamax never took off.
"I'm a bit of a technophile," she admits,
"but there's a human side to technology that most people don't
see. I came to Articulated Impact to explore that human side."
In a past life, Berit managed the third party
web traffic auditing at a media tracking company in Manhattan.
She graduated from Smith College with a major in Art History
and a minor in Film Studies (although she spent most of her
time in the Computer Science department).
When she's not working, Berit enjoys yoga,
exercise and shopping at Whole Foods. It's a little-known
fact that she's the inspiration for the Sarah Michelle Gellar
character in "Buffy the Vampire Slayer."
Berit would like to thank Al Gore for inventing
the internet.
